It's been a busy year at The Burkhardt Group, and a very busy one in The Bari Family as well!  (apologies for the lack of activity on the blog!)   In May we welcomed our second baby boy - Rowan Gabriel Bari.  He is pure happiness.

Christian, you don't say much but your every word has a keen and valid point.  Your advices really help us to decide many things on sight. 

Through the process, we've felt safe because we could see you stand with us, not with the opposite side. 

Lance, we didn't have a chance to meet you this time but i am sure you are great and hope to meet you next time.

Renovation Costs

One of the most common questions we get as buyer's agents, and one of the most difficult to answer, is how much a renovation will cost.  The boxed answer is that if varies greatly depending on the scope of work and the level of finishes, but can we offer a more specific response?
