Checking in...

It's a been a long time since I have had time to post!  It's been a busy end of 2017/beginning of 2018 at The Burkhardt Group and in the Bari Family!   Happy to report that we continue to see our business model working wonderfully for our many happy buyer clients.  The great new news is the early success of our Listing model.  Our first listing sold last fall in Park Slope and we currently have two apartments In Contract at 88 Jane Street (3bed/3bath Condo - $3,695,00) and 105 East 38th (PreWar 2 bed Co-op - $995,000).  We also have 3 more listings coming on in March alone.

Sellers are realizing that a successful sale is mostly a function of correct pricing and market conditions (for a quality listing with no big red-flags or defects) and that fancy "marketing" is just not necessary.  Our sales listings go into the RLS, StreetEasy, Zillow, etc and get the same exposure that they do with the big firms.  So 3.75% sounds a lot better than 5% or 6%, no?
